CITY OF LINO LAKES <br /> RESOLUTION NO.22-21 <br /> APPROVING THE CONSTRUCTION SERVICES CONTRACT <br /> 2022 STREET REHABILITATION PROJECT <br /> WHEREAS,pursuant to the City Council awarding a construction contract to T.A. Schifsky& <br /> Sons, Inc. in the amount of$1,213,104.39, on February 14,2022; and <br /> WHEREAS,WSB and Associates has submitted a proposal to complete the construction <br /> services for the 2022 Street Rehabilitation Project in the amount of$62,000; and <br /> WHEREAS,the City Council finds that it would be in the best interests of the city to proceed with <br /> the construction oversight and administration, <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes,the <br /> Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with WSB, in the name <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 14th day of February, 2022. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Councilmember <br /> Cavegm and was duly seconded by Councilmember Ruhland and upon vote being taken thereon, <br /> the following voted in favor thereof.
