CITY OF LINO LAKES <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 22-25 <br /> Approving Individual Massage License <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has approved regulations that license the practice of massage <br /> therapy in the City. <br /> WHEREAS,the licensing period for Massage Enterprise and Individual Licenses in the City of <br /> Lino Lakes is one year, commencing on July 1 and ending on June 30 the following year; <br /> WHEREAS, City staff has reviewed a new application for Individual Massage Therapist from <br /> Chanel Littleton and has verified that local licensing regulations are met; <br /> WHEREAS, the Lino Lakes Public Service Department has conducted the required background <br /> investigations for the massage therapist license and has found no reason to deny; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> LINO LAKES,MINNESOTA: <br /> The City of Lino Lakes hereby approves the individual massage licenses for Chanel Littleton, <br /> Allure Salon. Approval contingent upon applicants meeting all city and state requirements for <br /> said licenses. <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 14ffi day of February, 2022. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Councilmember <br /> Ruhland and was duly seconded by Councilmember Cavegn and upon vote being taken thereon, <br /> the following voted in favor thereof: Ruhland, Cavegn, Lyden, Stoesz, Rafferty <br /> The following voted against same: None <br /> P-- <br /> Rob Rafferty, Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Juliann Bartell, Cit Clerk <br />
