WS — Item 3 <br />WORK SESSION STAFF REPORT <br />Work Session Item No. 3 <br />Date: February 7, 2022 <br />To: City Council <br />From: Katie Larsen <br />Re: NorthPointe 8t' Addition and NorthPointe Garden Estates <br />Background <br />At the Work Session, staff will present the attached February 14, 2022 Council staff <br />report. <br />The applicant, Lino Lakes 72, LLC, is final platting a 4.5 acre parcel for the purpose of <br />constructing a 72 unit, 55+ age restricted independent senior housing building called <br />NorthPointe Garden Estates. It is important to note this is not an assisted -living or senior <br />care facility. This is an age -restricted multi -family building for seniors.
