The existing entrance to the parking lot <br />is located on Lake Drive (CSAH 23) and is situated within the right turn lane to Kelly Street. <br />The proposed entrance is further to the south, but still within the right turn lane. The <br />proposed entrance width is 25-ft from the back of curb to the back of curb. Lake Drive <br />(CSAH 23) is a county state aid highway and can accommodate the traffic from this <br />development.
