<br />Luke is a Minnesota Professional Soil Scientist
<br />and has twenty years of natural resource
<br />and environmental review experience. Luke's experience
<br />includes soil survey mapping, wetland delineation, wetland
<br />banking, wetland mitigation, habitat restoration, invasive
<br />species management, grant writing, habitat restoration,
<br />invasive species management, natural resource planning,
<br />and environmental permitting and compliance for many
<br />projects throughout the Midwest. He is very knowledgeable
<br />in stream survey assessment, stream habitat restoration
<br />design, floodplain restoration, vegetation management,
<br />habitat conservation/ improvement, forest management,
<br />precision conservation and water resources planning.
<br />KENDRA FALLON, PE, CFM
<br />WATER QUALITY MODELING
<br />+' Kendra is a Project Engineer with over
<br />u four years of water resources engineering
<br />experience. Kendra has experience with hydrologic and
<br />hydraulic modeling and water quality modeling, pond
<br />restoration, storm sewer design, writing local watershed
<br />management plans, interpreting and reviewing for City
<br />stormwater requirements, and writing state and local
<br />agency permit applications. She has experience working
<br />with a variety of software including HydroCAD, GIS, P8,
<br />XPSWMM, Civil 3D and all Microsoft Office programs to
<br />help meet and exceed clients' expectations.

<br />i SENIOR ENVIRONMENTAL SPECIALIST
<br />Roxy is educated with a master's degree in
<br />ecology and is a Certified Associate Ecologist
<br />with over nine years of experience. Roxy is proficient in
<br />water resources permitting, wetland delineation, and habitat
<br />restoration. She has completed DNR River Health and
<br />Restoration training workshops, including stream survey
<br />training and stream design. Her permitting experience
<br />includes Wetland Conservation Act Decisions, Army Corps
<br />of Engineer's Section 404 and Section 10 Permits including
<br />individual permits, Department of Natural Resources (DNR)
<br />Public Waters Work Permit, DNR Utility Crossing Licenses,
<br />Section 401 CWA individual certification, the National
<br />Pollutant Discharge Elimination System Construction
<br />Stormwater Permit, and Watershed District Permits. She
<br />also has experience in construction observation, wetland
<br />monitoring, habitat restoration design, and avian studies.
<br />The cost to complete Tasks 1-8 is not to exceed $27,900. The anticipated work schedule is assuming a notice to proceed date
<br />of March 1st, 2022.
