The Rookery Hiring Update — Human Resources and Communications Manager <br />Sawyer reviewed her written report. <br />Mayor Rafferty asked staff for an update on construction activities at The Rookery. Ms. <br />Cotton noted that tile work is underway so it's a bit messy and loud right now. <br />Councilmember Stoesz asked if the building maintenance staff will be able to work on <br />the civic complex as well. Ms. Sawyer said staff is developing a plan to address cleaning <br />needs for all facilities. <br />Councilmember Cavegn asked about payroll; will that be combined with the City.
