The City of Lino Lakes ("Petitioner") commenced the captioned action by filing its <br />Petition on October 4, 2019. The Petition seeks condemnation of easement interests over real <br />property owned by various individuals and entities, including Respondent Peltier Lake, LLC <br />("Peltier") who is the owner of Parcel 1, as identified in the Petition. This stipulation concerns the <br />disbursement of the quick -take deposit made for Parcel 1. <br />
