The Rookery Hiring Update—Human Resources and Communications Manager <br /> 49 Sawyer reviewed her written report. <br /> 50 <br /> 51 Mayor Rafferty asked staff for an update on construction activities at The Rookery. Ms. <br /> 52 Cotton noted that tile work is underway so it's a bit messy and loud right now. <br /> 53 <br /> 54 Councilmember Stoesz asked if the building maintenance staff will be able to work on <br /> 55 the civic complex as well. Ms. Sawyer said staff is developing a plan to address cleaning <br /> 56 needs for all facilities. <br /> 57 <br /> 58 Councilmember Cavegn asked about payroll; will that be combined with the City.
