MINNESOTA <br />Guide to Understanding Pay Equity Compliance <br />This booklet gives a general overview of how data from the local government reports is analyzed and how <br />the tests for compliance are conducted. Complete details of compliance requirements are in Minnesota <br />Rules Chapter 3920. <br />This booklet also describes the computer software developed by MMB.
