This report detailed compliance with City ordinance level of service <br />requirements for the entire development. <br />A Traffic Analysis Memorandum was completed on December 13, 2021 by S2 Traffic <br />Solutions as an update to the 2013 study reflecting the proposed 72 unit senior building.
