Applicant to update line style for storm pipe between MH 121 and FES 4 so that <br />the arrows point the way the pipe is draining. <br />21. Anoka County will review the drainage for the turn lanes. City staff anticipates <br />that they will need spread and run by calculations for the storm sewer per state <br />aid standards. City staff strongly recommends that AJA staff work with Anoka <br />County to determine storm sewer needs. <br />• Water Supply <br />The proposed site is currently not served by municipal water and on site wells shall be abandoned per <br />MDH. This area of the City, Woodridge Estates, is currently a low pressure area. The City's <br />Comprehensive Plan and water system model identifies the need for a 12-inch diameter trunk <br />watermain to be looped through the Lyngblomsten development site to serve the fire flow needs for <br />the site, and to improve flow within this area of Lino Lakes.
