The following are <br />our review comments that should be responded to in writing by the applicant. These comments <br />are based on review of the following plan sets and documents: <br />• Otter Crossing Preliminary Plat & Site Plans prepared by Pioneer Engineering dated July <br />6, 2020 <br />• Preliminary Storm Water Management Plan prepared by Pioneer Engineering dated July <br />6, 2020 <br />• Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan prepared by Pioneer Engineering dated June 26, <br />2020 <br />• Preliminary Geotechnical Exploration Report prepared by Haugo Geotechnical Services <br />dated February 7, 2020 <br />Engineering <br />• Grading <br />The Otter Crossing development includes site grading for the private street, the proposed <br />building and parking lot, and the stormwater basin. <br />Comments: <br />1. Applicant to confirm that the proposed 918 contour connects into the existing <br />918 contour on the east side of the building. <br />2. Applicant shall show the location of the HWL of Basin 1 P. <br />• Stormwater Management <br />The stormwater on the site flows to three different locations from the site. The northern <br />section of the property drains to the northeast to an existing wetland area which then flows <br />to the north. The southern portion of the property drains to a large wetland toward the <br />center of the property which outlets at the southwest corner through a culvert under CSAH <br />14. A small portion of the east side of the property drains to an existing storm sewer on <br />Otter Lake Road. <br />
