COUNCIL MINUTES <br />DRAFT <br />78 Councilmember Ruhland moved to approve Resolution No. 22-30 and Resolution No. 22-31 as <br />79 presented. Councilmember Cavegn seconded the motion. Motion carried on a voice vote. <br />80 6B) Consider Resolution No. 22-33, Approving Agreement with Rice Creek Watershed <br />81 District, Shenandoah Park BMP Feasibility Study — Community Development Director Grochala <br />82 reviewed a PowerPoint presentation that included information on the following: <br />83 - Project Location Map; <br />84 - Drainage Area; <br />85 - Cost Participation with RCWD; City would pay from Surface Water Management Fund. <br />86 Councilmember Ruhland asked if the City has obligations that are created when this wetland is <br />87 impacted.
