January 26, 1990 - Letter from RBS to Centerville <br /> requesting a letter of the level of <br /> service desired for the upcoming <br /> contract. <br /> 2 . April 25, 1990 - Letter to RBS from Centerville <br /> stating disappointment with 1990 <br /> contract, however happy with <br /> performance and level of service - <br /> They hope for the same level of <br /> service but would like input into the <br /> police budget. Wants minor language <br /> changes and a 3 year (minimum <br /> contract) <br /> 3 . May 1, 1990 - Previous letter makes the Quad Press <br /> 4. July 17, 1990 - Chief Campbell responds to a request <br /> by RBS for # of calls in Centerville. <br /> This info had been passed on to <br /> Centerville earlier. <br /> 5. July 23, 1990 - Chief Campbell forwards to RBS <br /> figures for 1991 - 1992 Police <br /> Services Contract. <br /> 6. August 14, 1990 - RBS forwards to Centerville a <br /> contract for 1991-1992 with a price <br /> tag of $119,766.00. <br /> 7 . August 23, 1990 - Centerville requests a meeting with <br /> Lino Lakes to discuss the proposal. <br /> 8 . August 29, 1990 - RBS conversation with Joe Pelton. <br /> Centerville can't afford, but like <br /> the service and want to work out a <br /> contract. <br /> 9. Sept. 5, 1990 - Lino Lakes holds a work session to <br /> the contract. Council authorizes RBS <br /> to discuss option with Centerville <br /> and work out an agreement which is <br /> mutually beneficial. <br />
