CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO.22-42 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING FIRST AMENDMENT TO DEVELOPMENT AND <br />PUD AGREEMENT FOR <br />LYNGBLOMSTEN AT LINO LAKES ADDITION <br />WHEREAS, on July 26, 2021, the City Council passed Resolution No. 20-95 approving the <br />Development and PUD Agreement ("Agreement") for Lyngblomsten at Lino Lakes Addition; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, Section 19 (d) requires Lyngblomsten to prepare plans and complete certain off - <br />site improvement unless the City of Lino Lakes ("City") and Anoka County have entered into an <br />agreement by April 30, 2022 to complete said off -site improvements; and <br />WHEREAS, Anoka County is proceeding with final design of the off -site improvements in <br />cooperation with the City, Ramsey County and the City of Shoreview; and <br />WHEREAS, a Joint Powers Agreement between Anoka County and City is proposed to be <br />completed within the next four months; and <br />WHEREAS, the City and Lyngblomsten at Lino Lakes, LLC ("Developer") have determined it <br />is in the interest of both parties to extend the date for City and County agreement to September <br />30, 2022; <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes <br />hereby approves the First Amendment to Development Agreement and Planned Unit <br />Development Agreement between Lyngblomsten at Lino Lakes, LLC, attached hereto as Exhibit <br />A, and authorizes the Mayor and City Clerk to execute such agreement on behalf of the City. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 25th day of April, 2022. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />and was duly seconded by Council Member and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />The following voted against same: <br />Rob Rafferty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Julianne Bartell, City Clerk <br />
