COUNCIL MINUTES <br />DRAFT <br />82 Councilmember Cavegn moved to approve the promotion of Jesse Fronek to the POC Fire District <br />83 Chief position as recommended. Councilmember Ruhland seconded the motion. Motion carried on a <br />84 voice vote. <br />85 PUBLIC SERVICES DEPARTMENT REPORT <br />86 5A) Consider Resolution No. 22-36, Approving Rookery Activity Center Code of Conduct <br />87 and Policies, Hours of Operation, and Rental Rates — Activity Center Director Lamey reviewed the <br />88 written staff report. The proposed code and policy have been carefully developed. She explained <br />89 how thedocument will be provided to members and the plans for regular updating. The rental rates <br />90 were developed after review of standards for the area. <br />91 <br />92 Councilmember Lyden said he recognizes the tremendous amount of effort put into the documents and <br />93 he is thankful for the good work. Ms. Lamey indicated other staff helped with the project. <br />94 Councilmember Stoesz moved to approve Resolution No. 22-36 as presented. Councilmember <br />95 Ruhland seconded the motion. There is hiring underway.
