CITY OF LINO LAKES <br /> RESOLUTION NO.22-39 <br /> APPROVING THE CONSTRUCTION SERVICES CONTRACT <br /> 2022 EAST SHADOW LAKE DRIVE UTILITY PROJECT <br /> WHEREAS,pursuant to the City Council awarding a construction contract to Dresel Contracting, <br /> Inc. in the amount of$547,438.11, on April 25, 2022; and <br /> WHEREAS,WSB and Associates has submitted a proposal to complete the construction <br /> services for the 2022 East Shadow Lake Drive Utility Project in the amount of$35,300; and <br /> WHEREAS,the City Council finds that it would be in the best interests of the city to proceed with <br /> the construction oversight and administration, <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes,the <br /> Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with WSB, in the name <br /> of the City of Lino Lakes for the construction services of 2022 East Shadow Lake Drive Utility <br /> Project. <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 25th day of April, 2022. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Councilmember <br /> Cavegn and was duly seconded by Councilmember Stoesz and upon vote being taken thereon, <br /> the following voted in favor thereof.
