Flannery <br /> Acting Sec: Kay A Murphy <br /> Attending: Jim Flannery, Bud Rud, John Benson, Richard Bollig, Jan Apitz, <br /> Eugene Blomquist, Wendell Ostlie, Jim Livingston, Jerry Hanson, <br /> Dave Storberg, Kay Murphy. <br /> City Administrator: Randy 5chumocker <br /> We have a quarm, and Randy was asked to check on open meeting law. <br /> 6001b�—N71 , Chapter 8, Section 8.04, Subdivision 2 of the Lino Lakes Home <br /> Rule Charter is no change. Motion to accept as is by Richard Bollig second Jan Apitz <br /> Section 2. Chapter 8, Section 8.04, Subdivision 3 of Lino Lakes Home Rule <br /> Charter is no change. Motion made to leave as is by Jerry Hanson second by Dick Bollig <br /> Section 3. Chapter 8 of the Lino Lakes Home Rule Charter shall be amended <br /> to add the following Section. <br /> Section 6.06. When under the provisions of Section 8.04, <br /> Subdivision 1 , an improvement is petitioned for by 100 percent <br /> of the benefited property owners, such property owners may after <br /> (a) the mailing of notice of a public hearing and public hearing, <br /> may petition to waive r,50) of the (60) day waiting period, �fter <br /> such petition, the City Council may immediately order the proposed <br /> project. <br /> (Totioned maded by Jerry Hanson and second by John Benson, adapted unanimously. <br /> Discussion on when and how often the Charter Commission should meet; Meetings <br /> to stay as is. <br /> Nailed notice of 10 days before meeting, publication two consecutive weeks <br /> before meeting in official newspaper of the city. <br /> Wally Ostle moved to ajourn meeting, second by Jerry Hanson. <br />
