Mr. Asleson asked Mr. Husveth <br />to add this. <br />Page 19, second paragraph <br />Ms. O'Dea wants paragraph to state: if these things do not occur than the impact will <br />be... <br />Ms. Brouillet wanted to know what happens when contractors are not following the noise <br />ordinance as it pertains to construction. Mr. Grochala stated the noise ordinance is part of <br />the city code. Ms. O'Dea suggested changing wording in EAW to state city code not city <br />practice. Mr. Grochala stated this is the city's standard practice. Ms. Brouillet asked if <br />the police can enforce this ordinance. Mr. Smyser answered yes the police can enforce <br />this. <br />Page 21, top of page <br />Ms. O'Dea wants to add the following: Construction will be limited to hours referenced <br />on page 19.
