<br />Environmental Board <br />May 29, 2013 <br />Page 4 <br /> <br />APPROVED MINUTES <br />Ms. O’Dea asked Mr. Payne if there was a way that Lino Lakes Correctional Facility <br />would be able to use the brining equipment for their streets. Mr. Payne said that is <br />something that they can look into and will get together and discuss that suggestion. <br />Mr. Heiskary mentioned good presentation and nice to see you are getting to your <br />projects this past year. <br /> <br />There was a discussion of the budget. <br /> <br />Ms. O’Dea: <br /> <br />Any public comments? <br /> <br />Any public comments? <br /> <br />Any public comments? <br /> <br />Ms. O’Dea closed the public hearing at 7:21 p.m. <br /> <br />Ms. O’Dea thanked the presenters for the great information that was given. <br /> <br />Ms. Bor took over as Chair of the meeting. <br /> <br /> <br />6. DISCUSSION ITEMS <br /> <br />A. Century Farm North PUD Amendment Update <br /> <br />Mr. Asleson did a verbal update on the Dec 4, 2002 Environmental Board <br />recommendations that still stand. Mr. Uhde will be straightening out the road. The soil <br />also needs to be improved. <br /> <br />Ms. Bor stated so this is just straightening out the road and purchasing back some park <br />land. <br /> <br />No motion needed this is just an information discussion. There were no other comments. <br /> <br />B. McDonald’s / Main Street Shoppes Update <br /> <br />Mr. Asleson stated that this is an Administrative review of the 35E/Main Street area. <br />Looking at the landscaping of the McDonald’s site and there was a recommendation of a <br />native mix plantings, storm water pollution plan. Mr. Asleson would like to see the <br />name of SWPPP manager and SWPPP weekly inspections paperwork on site. <br /> <br />Mr. Asleson explained the difference of the listing of a creek or ditch and how Clearwater <br />is called both all depends which side of County Road 14 it located. The site is within a <br />mile of impaired water if it was labeled a creek instead of a ditch.
