CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL: <br /> <br />Acting Chair Ms. Bor called the Lino Lakes Environmental Board meeting to order at <br />6:33 p.m. on March 26, 2014. <br /> <br />2. SWEARING IN OF BOARD MEMBERS <br /> <br /> Mayor Jeff Reinert was present to administer the oath and swearing in of reappointed <br /> Environmental Board Member Martha DeHaven and new member Kelly Jo McDonnell. <br /> <br />3. ELECTION OF CHAIR AND VICE CHAIR <br /> <br /> Ms. DeHaven nominated Mr. Heiskary and Ms. Andrzejewski nominated Ms. Bor as <br />chair. Ms. Klebba nominated Ms. Bor as Chair and Mr. Heiskary as vice chair. <br /> <br /> Board Members elected Ms. Bor as Chair and Mr. Heiskary as Vice Chair. <br /> <br /> Ms. Andrzejewski made a motion to accept the vote and Mr. Heiskary seconded the <br />motion. The motion was unanimously approved. <br /> <br />4.
