page 2 <br />necessary variance providing the planning Board approted.. After considering <br />the matter a motion was made by Stanley, seconded by Jester to giant a <br />variance. Carried. <br />Mr. Henry Cardinal of 1063 13 Ave SE Mpls. appeared to give information <br />regarding a house he plans to move on 40 acres,, All requirements had been <br />complied with (building inspected, etc) but he wanted the Planning Board <br />to be informed of this in case any one had questions. <br />Mr. Donald. LUNDGREN requested a special use permit for a sanitary type <br />keep full dump to be located on his land bordering on Ash and Holley drive. <br />His property is 80 acres SW 1/4 of SW 1/4 of }larcel # 4,00. Garbage <br />would also be dumped. He was advised to get neighbor signatures and <br />check with Health Dept. regulations <br />Mr. Ron Jaworwski was present and informed the Planning Commission about <br />the 5 acres of land that Mr. Forest Tagg is willing to donate for a <br />Village Hall. The land is located along Highway 35W near Hiway 8. The <br />Planning Board welcomed the proposed donation as very generous and something <br />that the village should accept without delay. Motion by Heckenlaible <br />seconded by Stanley that the Planning Commission go on record as interested <br />and encouraged the Council to accept the gift. passed. Motion by Heckenlaible <br />seconded by Jester that we meet as early as possible with Mr. Forest Tagg. <br />A meeting was tentatively set up with Mr. Tagg on Thurs. Agg 24. <br />Mr. Cardinal brought up the problem of Vire Numbers for rural areas. The <br />idea was discussed. It was noted that we have a very good house numbering <br />system in our village. All that is necessary to do is to inform the people . <br />that do not have house numbers. This would be done by letter, this letter <br />also encouraging them to post it or paint it on the mail box to facilitate . <br />fire protection. These numbers are already laid out on a village map and <br />the system is in use so that the Planning Board or a Special "ommittee
