A Special Meeting of the Lino Lakeses Plannin and a76a/ Zoninv Commissin <br />11/ held Jan 24, 1562 was called to order Ey Chairman Glenn Rehbein. <br />Members present: 0444V GlennRehbein, Jester, 1:elling, Cox, Bryant, StanleyKlepel. Mr. Ken Rehbein appeared regarding a variance necessary for division <br />of property on Main St. The 1_nd is to be divided into two parts; a one acre <br />lot on which the house is located to which the morkgar:e would be applied and <br />the other 5 acres to be purchased by the same party on a contrct for deed. <br />As the proerty to be mortgaged is less than 2 1/2 acres variance is necessary. Motion was made b7 Bryant that we recommend th_t the council `;rant the variance. <br />carried. <br />Ken Rehbein was also questioned re7.ardint the ori7inal agreement and set ur ontheroadsinTwili`-ht Acres. Me mentioned that the people there had been and <br />are being; asses ed for the existing roads and that the village should perhaps <br />be receivi f: this .:,Toney as it is paid to the county.
