A special meeting of the P&Z was called to order May 27, 1968 by Chairman <br />Glenn Rehbein. Members present were Rehbein, Stanley, Bryant, Klepel & <br />Cardinal. Motion was made by Roy Stanley, wended by Kiepel that the P &Z <br />recommend that the request for rezoning all of the described property for the <br />trailer park be granted. Property being descri bed as all of Lot 14, 19 & 20, <br />Block 1 except parts previously zoned commercial and lot 15 block 1 except east <br />500 ft thereof. Carried. <br />Motion was made by Ken Bryant, seconded b Stanley that the P & Z recommend the <br />Council grant the issuance of a special use permit for an additional 15 units <br />providing that present trailer park is first upgraded tomeet our ordinance. <br />Recommendation of the Village engineers and requirements of the State Board of <br />Water Pollution. This property is described as follows: all of lot 19, block 1 <br />Arthur E. Thom acres, all of lot 20 block 1 exceptthat part of lot 20 described <br />as follows: beginning at the S.E. corner of said lot 20, then west along the <br />south line of said lot 20 a distance of 200 feet thence north at rt. angles <br />to the north line of said lot 20, thence east on said north line to the N.E. <br />corner of said lot 20 thence S.W. along the most easterly line of said lot 20 <br />to place of beginning. <br />Also the motion recommended the special hearing be adjourned until reconvened by <br />the P &Z as theapproval for the special use permit for the rest of the property <br />described as follows: all of lot 14 block 1, Arthur E.
