A special meeting of the Planning end Zoning Board was held on Tuesday, October 29, <br />with the following members present; McLean, Kelling, Stanley, Husnik and Rehbein. <br />Chairman Rehbein called the meeting to order at 8:05 p.m. <br />Mr. William Busch of the U.S. Land Development Company wan present to present the <br />proposed preliminary plat of an 11 acre plat on Resbenau Lake on Which the Bmil <br />Jandric Company would like to erect five model homes and five townhouses. <br />Busch stated that all conditions of the appropriate platting codes of the Village <br />would be adhered to. Mr. Busch streamed that these were model homes, not to be <br />lived in for some tine. <br />The Board questioned such matters as sewer, water, lot wise, park dedication, blue <br />prints for the houses and other matters. <br />After much discussion, ldr. K,elling moved that we: recommend to the Council to turn <br />the proposed preliminary plat over to the Village Engineer so he could make his <br />recommeadatione to the Council and the Planning Board. Seoonded by Mr. Stanley, <br />Carried. <br />The Board set a special meeting for November 6 to review the matter with*. Ootwald <br />sad the Council and to study the plat further. <br />Mr. Kelling moves to adjourn at 9:30, seconded by a.. McLean. Carried.
