The city indicated that it wishes to publish it <br /> in the "Residents Guide" due to come out at the end of October. <br /> The Analysis includes: <br /> What happens under the current charter. <br /> What would happen under the proposed amendment. <br /> The reasons for the change. <br /> Warren Schlichting indicated that "Sec a" had a problem. <br /> Most new members did not feel comfortable to move on the analysis due to <br /> unfamiliarity with the Charter, Amendment and the situations at hand. <br /> It was recommended that a meeting be set up for the 19th of October. <br /> Motion to hold a special meeting October 19, 1989 by Al Ross. <br /> Second by Matthew Blaylock. Motion carried. <br /> Jeannie Goldade indicated that she will make up an agenda for the meeting <br /> and get copies of the Charter to all the new members. <br /> Motion to adjourn by Debra Smith. <br /> Second by Warren Schlichting. <br /> Motion carried.
