December 20, 1988 <br /> To: Charter CoimAssion, Lino Lakes <br /> Fran: Jerry Hanson, Chairman <br /> Subj : Meeting on January 19di, 1989 <br /> The next Charter Com-Lission meeting is scheduled for Thursday January 19th, <br /> 1989 at 7:00 P.M. in the Lino Lakes City Hall. <br /> We will review the 9-20-88 draft of changes to Section 8 as the first itan <br /> on the agenda. We need to come to some agreement and/or conclusion on this <br /> section. It is an important section to the Charter. During the last meeting <br /> some members expressed the view that more than a quorum. of the Carirai.ssion <br /> should be present to act on these changes. <br /> Please review the documents prior to the meeting and be prepared to make <br /> some decisions.
