Date: September 21, 1988 <br /> To: All Charter Commission Members <br /> From: Jerry Hanson <br /> Subject: Charter Commission Fleeting <br /> The next Charter Camnission meeting is scheduled for Thursday October 20th, <br /> 1988 at 7:00 P.P . in the Lino Lakes City Hall. <br /> We will consider the tabled draft proposal of Section 8, written by Mr. David <br /> Kennedy on March 17, 1988. As an alternate to the Kennedy proposal a draft <br /> of Section 8, which incorporates comments made by Mr. Kennedy in a letter dated <br /> February 29th. , 1988. <br /> The following information is enclosed: <br /> 1. Minutes of September 15th meeting <br /> 2. Draft of Section 8 dated 9/20/88 <br /> 3. Samples of other City Charters dealing with Public Improvements and <br /> Special Assessments <br /> Bernice has obtained copies of the 1986 Local Improvement Guides from the <br /> League of Minnesota Cities.
