Second by Sally Kuether. Carried. <br /> Discussion was held on the D.J.K.• Draft' 3-17-88. One'"of three tabled <br /> items from the last meeting. This draft contains repeal of Charter . <br /> Sections 8.02 thru 8.06 with City Bond Counsel, David Kennedy' s sub- <br /> mitted wording- as a replacement for each Section. . <br /> Motion by Curtis Pelarski to change Secion 8.03, Subdivision 1 , Line 1 <br /> to read 30 days. Second by Warren Schlichting. <br /> 4 Aye. 5 Opposed. Motion failed. ; <br /> Moti-on by Al Ross to change Section 8 .03 , Subdivision 1 , Line 1 to <br /> read 45 days. - Second by Jean Goldade. <br /> 8 Aye. . 1 Opposed. Carried. <br /> Motion by Curtis Pelarski to accept Subdivision 2 as read.
