MINUTES <br /> LINO- LAKES HOMI3 RULE CHARTER COMMISSION <br /> 12 MARCH 1992 <br /> LINO LAKES CITY HALL <br /> Call to Order <br /> The meeting was called to order at 7:06 PM by Pat Smith. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Present were Sally Kuether, Pat Smith, David Storberg, Robert Doocy, <br /> Beverly Landers, Matthew Blaylock, Robert Williams, William Houle, Joyce <br /> Scharpen, Raymond Johnson, Rolf Iverson, Bill Bohjanen, and Al Ross <br /> Old Business <br /> Bill Bohjanen and Al. Ross have been appointed to fill the two vacancies on. <br /> the Charter Commission. <br /> Randy Schumacher (City Administrator) axad David Kennedy (City Bond <br /> Attorney) reviewed their concerns with the Lino Lakes City Charter and, in <br /> particular, difficulties with Chapter8. <br /> New Business <br /> The Charter Commission resolved to forward the charter to the Minnesota <br /> League of Cities for comment. <br /> The meeting was adjourned at approximately 8:30 PM <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> Rolf Iverson, Secretary <br />
