2. Obtain charters from other cities and if possible from cities <br /> with article 429 imbedded in the charter. <br /> 3. Randy Schumacher will provide the commission with <br /> information on the cities tax increment financing and information on <br /> section 429. <br /> 4. Brian Wessel will present a "flow chart" of the current <br /> commercial development process based on the city charter <br /> requirements. <br /> 5.
