MINUTES <br /> LINO LAKES HOME RULE CHARTER COMMISSION <br /> MARCH 15, 1993 <br /> LINO LAKES CITY HALL <br /> �'j 1 ; <br /> -,4 <br /> Call to Order <br /> The meeting was called to order at 7.04 PM by Chairman Pat Smith. <br /> Roll Cal <br /> Commission members present were Sally Kuether, Pat Smith, David <br /> Storberg, Robert Doocy, Beverly Landers, Matthew Blaylock, Ina Liljedahl, <br /> Robert Williams, William Houle, Joyce Scharpen, Rolf Iverson, Bill Bohjanen, <br /> and Al Ross <br /> Members of the City Council present were Mayor Vern Reinert, Sally <br /> Keuther, Linda Elliott, and John. Bergeson,. <br /> Members of the Economic Development Advisory Board present were Brian <br /> Wessel, Don Gorowsky, and John Bergeson. <br /> Also present were City Administrator Randy Schumacher and City Engineer <br /> Darryl Schneider <br /> Old _Business <br /> None <br /> New Business <br /> The history of the City Charter was reviewed by Dave Storberg, Bev <br /> Landers, and Ina Liljedahl, Mayor Reinert briefly explained the needs of <br /> the City and Brian Wessel explained the activities of the Econctr is <br /> Development Advisory Board. Randy Schumacher discussed <br /> administration concerns. <br /> The intersection of Hodgson road and Lake Drive was discussed as an <br /> example of how preparation .for development and safety issues can benefit <br /> each other. <br /> Bill Houle motioned that a straw vote of Commission members be taken to <br /> indicate the type of support a special referendum might have regarding <br />
