CITY OF LINO LAKES <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 22-47 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PREPARATION OF THE LAKEVIEW AREA <br /> STORM DRAINAGE PLAN <br /> WHEREAS,the Lakeview drainage area is bound by Elm Street, Sunset Avenue,North Road, <br /> and Sunrise Drive; and <br /> WHEREAS,the Lakeview area is in need of drainage improvements and the City finds that is <br /> necessary to evaluate drainage options that meet current design standards; and <br /> WHEREAS,WSB and Associates has submitted a proposal to prepare the drainage study, <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of The City of Lino Lakes: <br /> That the Lakeview Area Storm Drainage Plan is hereby ordered and WSB and <br /> Associates is directed to prepare the study in an amount of$14,400. <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 9th day of May, 2022. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Councilmember <br /> Ruhland and was duly seconded by Councilmember Stoesz and upon vote being taken <br /> thereon,the following voted in favor thereof: Lyden, Ruhland, Stoesz, Cavegn, Rafferty <br /> The following voted against same: None <br /> t I,-• li4 <br /> Rob afferty,Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> il e Bartell, Ci y Cler <br />
