It was <br /> 280 noted that Pomp's Tire will actually lease the building from Midstates Tire. <br /> 281 <br /> 282 Mayor Bergeson stated that the biggest concern they have with this sort of facility is the outdoor <br /> 283 storage of vehicles, and he hopes those running this establishment are aware of those regulations. <br /> 284 <br /> 285 Councilmember Reinert moved to adopt Resolution No. 06-15 approving Conditional Use Permit for <br /> 286 an Auto Repair Facility for Pomp's Tire. Councilmember O'Donnell seconded the motion. <br /> 287 <br /> 288 Councilmember Carlson stated that her concern was screening from the residential area.
