CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO.22-53 <br />APPROVING AN ON -SALE LIQUOR AND SUNDAY SALES LICENSE FOR <br />MUDDY COW LINO LAKES, LLC DB/A MC'S TAP HOUSE <br />WHEREAS, the liquor licensing period for MC's Tap House will begin when all approvals by <br />city and state have been met and will run concurrent with all city liquor licenses July 1, 2022 <br />through June 30, 2023; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council is required to approve on -sale liquor licenses prior to State <br />issuance of a license; and <br />WHEREAS, City staff has reviewed the application that has been submitted and verified that <br />local licensing regulations are met; and <br />WHERAS, the Lino Lakes Public Safety Department has conducted the required background <br />investigation for the license and found no reason to deny. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />The City of Lino Lakes hereby approves the liquor license for MC' S Tap House with approval <br />contingent upon applicant meeting all city and state requirements for said license. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 23rd day of May, 2022. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />and was duly seconded by Council Member and upon vote <br />being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />The following voted against same: <br />Rob Raffery, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Julianne Bartell, City Clerk <br />
