CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO.22-63 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 <br />WATER TOWER NO. 2 REHABILITATION PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 22-24 of the Council adopted on February 14, 2022, <br />awarding the contract for the Water Tower No. 2 Rehabilitation Project to Classic Protective <br />Coatings, Inc.; and <br />WHEREAS, a complete summary of schedule changes are within Change Order No. 1; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota that <br />Change Order No. 1 is approved extending the time of substantial completion to September 5, <br />2022 and final payment to October 3, 2022. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 23rd day of May, 2022. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />and was duly seconded by Council Member and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />The following voted against same: <br />Rob Rafferty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Julianne Bartell, City Clerk <br />
