CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO.22-51 <br />Approving Applications for a Temporary Liquor and Cabaret License to <br />St. Joseph's Catholic Church for their Annual Fall Festival <br />WHEREAS, St. Joseph's Catholic Church has made application for a temporary on -sale liquor <br />and cabaret license for their annual Summer Festival to be held August 13th band 14th, 2022; and <br />WHEREAS, city staff has reviewed the applications submitted for festival events (temporary <br />on -sale liquor and cabaret licenses) for concurrence with city regulations; and <br />WHEREAS, the Lino Lakes Public Safety Department has conducted a background check on <br />the applicant and has found no reason to deny; <br />WHEREAS, St. Joseph's Catholic Church has paid the required license fees; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, <br />Minnesota: <br />That the City Council hereby approves a temporary on -sale liquor and cabaret license for the <br />2022 St. Joseph's Catholic Church Festival. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 23rd day of May, 2022. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />and was duly seconded by Council Member and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />The following voted against same: <br />Rob Rafferty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Julianne Bartell, City Clerk <br />
