Review Regular Agenda- <br />16 <br />17 Item 1 E, Bill's Superette, Special Event Permit (Food Truck) — Mayor Rafferty confirmed <br />18 that a special event permit is appropriate to allow a food truck; and confirmed that the <br />19 length of the permit is up to six months. <br />20 <br />21 Item 1 C, City Council Minutes of April 25, 2022 — Correction noted to Item 6A, <br />22 correcting reference to West Shadow Lake Drive to East Shadow Lake Drive. <br />23 <br />24 Item 3A, Appointment of Building Inspector — Human Resources and Communications <br />25 Manager Sawyer noted that she will be presenting a recommendation to hire. <br />26 <br />27 Item 4A, Catalytic Converter Ordinance — Public Safety Director Swenson noted that <br />28 theft of these units has become an issue due to increased frequency. A proposed <br />29 ordinance to help address the problem has been researched and staff is recommending <br />30 language be added to the City Code. First reading is requested. <br />31 <br />32 Item 4B, Seized Property — Councilmember Cavegn asked why the City would retain <br />33 certain drug items. Director Swenson noted that they are used for training, including for <br />34 the City's canine. Councilmember Cavegn noted some items of significant value and <br />35 how those are legally retained. Director Swenson suggested that the property owner(s) in <br />36 that case was informed but did not claim the items. <br />37 <br />38 Item 4C, Bicycles — Public Safety Director Swenson noted the process that brings forward <br />39 a list of unclaimed bicycles. With council approval the bicycles will be donated to an <br />40 organization that will distribute them to kids in need. <br />41 <br />42 Item 5A, Water Tower Construction Services Contract — City Engineer Hankee explained <br />43 the request to authorize a construction services contract related to the project. Mayor <br />44 Rafferty noted that the recommendation is for the services of both WSB & Associates as <br />1 <br />
