CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO.22-54 <br />APPROVING ISSUANCE OF AN ANNUAL PERMIT ALLOWING THE SALE OF <br />CONSUMER FIREWORKS AT TARGET STORE 1448 <br />WHEREAS, the City has received an application from Target Store 1448 requesting permission <br />to sell consumer fireworks at the 749 Apollo Drive in the City of Lino Lakes; and <br />WHEREAS, the Public Service Department has reviewed the application and finds the request <br />to be in compliance with applicable fire codes and fire prevention regulations; and <br />WHEREAS, Target has paid the required license fees and is in compliance with city ordinance; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Lino Lakes City Council hereby approves <br />the request of Target to sell consumer fireworks for a period of 1 year. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 23rd day of May, 2022 <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />and was duly seconded by Council Member and upon vote being <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />The following voted against same: <br />Rob Rafferty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Julianne Bartell, City Clerk <br />
