Four <br />unanimously, <br />1, McLean read a letter from Mr, Earl Kammerer, dated October 14, 1772, dealing <br />with a variance granted to them September 25th. His question now deals with an <br />easement into this property, and just what would be required should they want <br />to build on their lots, br, Herter noted the minutes of the October 20th <br />meeting spelled out his problem with dedicated roads, etc. Mr. McLean <br />recommended forwarding the letter to Attorney Locher and ask that he give his <br />coments to the Council. <br />Mere was discussion of signs around the Village for which permits have not <br />been obtained. <br />Mr. McLean moved to recommend that the development !mown as Forjay on Hwy. 49, <br />be required to provide development plans subject to the zoning ordinance prior <br />to issuance of any further building permits. Seconded by Mr, Hill, Carried. <br />Mr. Hill mentioned that Skyline Auto Body is now advertising that they sell <br />gain dryers. He wondered if this is within their permit, since it is <br />different than what they came in with. The feeling was that since it is <br />zoned commercial we would have no control over what they sell. <br />re was discussion on restrictions on target shooting. <br />r.
