The first applicant, Tyme Properties, <br />LLC, submitted Otter Crossing 2nd Addition preliminary plat to create two (2) commercial lots. The second applicant, Bowman, submitted a conditional use permit and site plan view for Tidal Wave Auto Spa, a commercial car wash, to be located on Lot 1 of the preliminary plat. <br />The Land Use Applications are for the following:
