Council Resolution No. 22-56 details the findings of fact for the conditional <br />use permit for the Tidal Wave Auto Spa. RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff and Boards recommend approval of the preliminary plat, conditional use permit, and site <br />improvement performance agreement for Otter Crossing 2nd Addition and Tidal Wave Auto Spa.
