This would be a new business. The application <br />72 has been through an approprive review and the applicant background check and staff is forwarding the <br />73 matter for council consideration. Staff has found no reason to recommend denial of the license. <br />74 Councilmember Cavegn moved to approve Resolution No. 22-53 as presented. Councilmember <br />75 Ruhland seconded the motion. Motion carried on a voice vote. <br />76 PUBLIC SAFETY DEPARTMENT REPORT <br />77 4A) Consider 2nd Reading of Ordinance No. 01-22, Enacting Ordinance Regulating <br />78 Possession of Catalytic Converters — Public Safety Director Swenson asked the council to consider <br />79 the 2nd reading and final approval of this ordinance that would make it illegal to possess a catalytic <br />80 converter in the City unless it is attached to a vehicle. Theft of these converter units has become an <br />81 issue and he recommends that this City, as other cities have done, take this step to address the <br />82 problem. <br />2 <br />
