EDA Member Rafferty seconded the motion. <br /> 17 Motion carried on a voice vote. <br /> 18 <br /> i9 DISCUSSION ITEM <br /> 20 <br /> 21 President Ruhland read a statement explaining the need to close the meeting, as allowed <br /> 22 under law, in order to discuss an offer and counter offer for the sale of certain property <br /> 23 (Lots 1-3, Block 2 and Outlots B & C, The Village No. 4). <br /> 24 <br /> 25 EDA Member Cavegn moved to close the meeting. EDA Member Rafferty seconded the <br /> 26 motion. Motion carried: Yeas, 4;Nays none. <br /> 27 <br /> 28 Upon completion of discussion of the above matter, EDA Member Cavegn moved to <br /> 29 open the meeting. EDA Member Rafferty seconded the motion. Motion carried: Yeas, <br /> 30 4;Nays none. <br /> 31 <br /> 32 EDA Member Ruhland moved to set the hearing date for sale of the property (June 13, <br /> 33 2022, following regular City Council meeting). EDA Member Cavegn seconded the <br /> 34 motion. Motion carried: Yeas, 4;Nays none. <br /> 35 <br /> 36 The meeting was recorded and the recording will be maintained in the Office of the City <br /> 37 Clerk as required. <br /> 38 <br /> 39 The meeting was adjourned at 8:03 p.m. <br /> 40 <br /> 41 <br /> 42 <br /> 1 <br />
