CITY OF LINO LAKES <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 22-66 <br /> Approving the Renewal of Liquor,Wine and Beer licenses for the <br /> 2022/2023 licensing period <br /> WHEREAS,the licensing period for liquor, wine and beer licenses in the City of Lino Lakes is <br /> one year, commencing on July 1 and ending on June 30 the following year; <br /> WHEREAS,the City Council is required to approve the renewal of liquor and wine licenses, in <br /> some cases, prior to State issuance of a license; <br /> WHEREAS, City staff has reviewed the renewal applications that have been submitted and <br /> verified that local licensing regulations are met; <br /> WHERAS,the Lino Lakes Public Service Department has conducted the required background <br /> investigations for license renewals; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> LINO LAKES,MINNESOTA: <br /> The City of Lino Lakes hereby approves the renewal of liquor,wine and beer licenses as set forth <br /> in Exhibit A that is hereby attached,with said approval contingent upon applicants meeting all <br /> city and state requirements for said licenses. <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 13th day of June, 2022. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Councilmember <br /> Cavegn and was duly seconded by Councilmember Stoesz, and upon vote being taken thereon, <br /> the following voted in favor thereof: Cavegn, Stoesz, Rafferty <br /> The following voted against same: None (Absent-Lyden, Ruhland) <br /> P- <br /> Roblafferty, Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> JuUaAne Bartell, Ci Cle-& <br />
