CITY OF LINO LAKES <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 22-51 <br /> Approving Applications for a Temporary Liquor and Cabaret License to <br /> St. Joseph's Catholic Church for their Annual Fall Festival <br /> WHEREAS, St. Joseph's Catholic Church has made application for a temporary on-sale liquor <br /> and cabaret license for their annual Summer Festival to be held August 13th band 14th, 2022; and <br /> WHEREAS, city staff has reviewed the applications submitted for festival events (temporary <br /> on-sale liquor and cabaret licenses) for concurrence with city regulations; and <br /> WHEREAS,the Lino Lakes Public Safety Department has conducted a background check on <br /> the applicant and has found no reason to deny; <br /> WHEREAS, St. Joseph's Catholic Church has paid the required license fees; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, <br /> Minnesota: <br /> That the City Council hereby approves a temporary on-sale liquor and cabaret license for the <br /> 2022 St. Joseph's Catholic Church Festival. <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 23rd day of May, 2022. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Councilmember <br /> Ruhland and was duly seconded by Councilmember Cavegn and upon vote being taken thereon, <br /> the following voted in favor thereof.
