CITY OF LINO LAKES <br /> RESOLUTION NO.22-54 <br /> APPROVING ISSUANCE OF AN ANNUAL PERMIT ALLOWING THE SALE OF <br /> CONSUMER FIREWORKS AT TARGET STORE 1448 <br /> WHEREAS,the City has received an application from Target Store 1448 requesting permission <br /> to sell consumer fireworks at the 749 Apollo Drive in the City of Lino Lakes; and <br /> WHEREAS,the Public Service Department has reviewed the application and finds the request <br /> to be in compliance with applicable fire codes and fire prevention regulations; and <br /> WHEREAS, Target has paid the required license fees and is in compliance with city ordinance; <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED that the Lino Lakes City Council hereby approves <br /> the request of Target to sell consumer fireworks for a period of 1 year. <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 23rd day of May, 2022. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Councilmember <br /> Ruhland and was duly seconded by Councilmember Cavegn and upon vote being taken thereon, <br /> the following voted in favor thereof: Ruhland, Cavegn, Stoesz, Rafferty <br /> The following voted against same:None (Absent-Lyden) <br /> • ��.. <br /> Ro Rafferty, Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> ne Bartell,- <br /> art e 1 City clerk - <br />
