CITY OF LINO LAKES <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 22-63 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 <br /> WATER TOWER NO.2 REHABILITATION PROJECT <br /> WHEREAS,pursuant to Resolution No. 22-24 of the Council adopted on February 14, 2022, <br /> awarding the contract for the Water Tower No. 2 Rehabilitation Project to Classic Protective <br /> Coatings, Inc.; and <br /> WHEREAS, a complete summary of schedule changes are within Change Order No. 1; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota that <br /> Change Order No. I is approved extending the time of substantial completion to September 5, <br /> 2022 and final payment to October 3, 2022. <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 23rd day of May, 2022. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Councilmember <br /> Cavegn and was duly seconded by Councilmember Ruhland and upon vote being taken thereon, <br /> the following voted in favor thereof.
