CITY OF LINO LAKES <br /> RESOLUTION NO.22-65 <br /> APPROVING PARTICIPATION IN ANOKA COUNTY CDBG AND HOME <br /> PROGRAM <br /> WHEREAS, the County of Anoka is competing the Urban Requalification process to receiving and <br /> administer Federal Housing and Urban Development(HUD) funds from the Community Development <br /> Block Grant Program and the HOME (Home Investment Partnerships Program); and <br /> WHEREAS,the County is required to notify participating cities of the option to be excluded from <br /> Anoka County's "Urban County" funding cycles for federal fiscal years 2023 through 2025; and <br /> WHEREAS,the City of Lino Lakes finds that it is in the best interests of the city to remain a participate <br /> in with Anoka County; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LINO <br /> LAKES, MINNESOTA, that the City will continue to participate in the Anoka County CBDG and <br /> HOME programs for federal fiscal years 2023 through 2025. <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 23rd day of May, 2022. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Councilmember Ruhland <br /> and was duly seconded by Councilmember Cavegn and upon vote being taken thereon,the following <br /> voted in favor thereof.
