Review Regular Agenda <br />Oath of Fire Service — Mayor Rafferty confirmed that these firefighters are members of <br />the new duty crew. <br />2A) 2021 Audit Report — Finance Director Lynch indicated that she will present a brief <br />overview and is requesting the council's acceptance of the audit report. <br />3A) Public Safety Administrative Assistant Appointment — Human Resources and <br />Communications Manager Sawyer noted that the recommended candidate would be <br />moving from a current position in the Police Department. Staff is working to fill the <br />vacated position as well. <br />3B) Human Resources Assistant Appointment — Human Resources and <br />Communications Manager Sawyer noted the process that brings forwarded an individual <br />who is recommended for appointment. <br />6A) Tital Wave Auto Spa, Otter Crossing 2°1 Addition — City Planner Larsen <br />recalled that the council reviewed and discussed this proposed development at their last <br />work session. Photos have been requested but not yet received. <br />6B) Otter Lake Animal Care Center — City Planner Larsen recalled the work session <br />review of this request to amend a conditional use permit to allow expansion of the animal <br />care center. <br />The meeting was adjourned at 6:20 p.m. <br />These minutes were considered and approved at a regular Council meeting on June 27, 2022. <br />Julianne Bartell, City Clerk <br />Rob Rafferty, Mayor <br />
